Saksham is part of the Firm's Corporate Dispute Resolution Team. He has experience and expertise in handling civil suits, corporate disputes, and IBC matters. Saksham regularly appears before the various courts and tribunals in Delhi NCR. Saksham frequently visits statutory authorities. Saksham assists in conducting Land Due Diligence and provides legal assistance in submission of various statutory compliances for Corporate Clients. In his spare time, Saksham loves Backpacking and listening to music.
