Rajendra Beniwal is an alumnus of Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar. Rajendra is a litigator, who covers the entire spectrum of advisory, risk analysis and arguing matters before Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, NCLAT, NCLTs, APTEL, CERC, District Courts and Arbitration Tribunals. Rajendra has represented various Multi- National Companies, Corporate Entities, High-Net worth Individual, Financial Institutions, Banks and corporate clients before Courts and Tribunals. He is most sought-after professional by many corporate clients for his opinion and advice on various aspects of civil and commercial laws including Land Acquisition and Property Laws, Energy Laws, Real Estate Laws, Company Laws, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and contractual disputes. Rajendra has extensive experience in handling real estate transactions starting from investigation of title to drafting transactional documents. He regularly advises clients in all aspects of real estate transactions and strategizing acquisition and sale of immoveable property. Rajendra has field expertise in conducting legal due diligence and providing legal advice for setting up of Solar Power Projects and Wind Power Projects across various states in India.
