Rakesh is an alumnus of Army Institute of Law, Mohali. His core expertise is in providing legal support for green-field projects. Rakesh has experience of conducting title due diligence for large scale land parcels for setting up of 350MW and 300MW Solar Power Projects in Rajasthan and 110MW Wind Power Project in Gujarat. Rakesh advises real estate companies in relation to housing and commercial projects, leasing, licensing, sale arrangements and applicable local levies, including zoning and land use regulation. Rakesh loves to spend weekends playing Football and Volleyball. He represented his university in different tournaments/Sports fests.
