Sumit has been instrumental in assisting and representing Resolution Professionals in high stake matters before the NCLAT and NCLTs. Sunil is an experienced trial court lawyer and has involved in handling numerous hardcore economic offences and criminal matters. He is known for formulating a strong strategy to defend clients in multifaced dispute. Sumit is a part of the Corporate Dispute Resolution Team of the firm. Sumit regularly appears before Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, NCLAT, NCLT, Arbitration Tribunals and District Courts. Sumit has extensive experience of handling commercial suits and arbitration matters pertaining to contractual disputes. Sumit did law graduation from Karnataka Law University and holds Masters degree from Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur with specialization in Corporate Law(Banking Law, Securities Law, International Commercial Arbitration and Company Law). Sumit loves to play cricket and he represented his university in different cricket tournaments. Sumit likes to read and travel in his leisure time.
