Shivika Jain is part of the firm’s Real Estate and General Corporate Team. She is an alumnus of Indian Law Society (I.L.S.) Law College, Pune (Maharashtra).
Shivika has experience in handling land legal due diligence for large scale land parcels , project finance, corporate advisory, and preparing strategic and legally compliant proposals to various startups, corporate entities, and individuals. She represents clients before the Real Estate Regulatory Authority and Tribunals, Real Estate Appellate Tribunal, district courts and tribunals.
Shivika assists and manages legal due diligence for companies and provides legal assistance for statutory compliances.
Apart from that, Shivika is an avid reader, fond of music, enthusiast about nature and animals and loves working out in her leisure time.
