Ashkrit is practicing across multiple judicial and quasi-judicial forums in Delhi NCR and the State of Madhya Pradesh. He is a law graduate from Tamil Nadu National Law University, Tiruchirappalli, and brings a broad-based litigation practice supported by strong procedural and substantive legal expertise.

He regularly represents individuals as well as corporate clients before a wide range of forums, including the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts—particularly the High Court of Delhi and the High Court of Madhya Pradesh—and several tribunals and commissions such as the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC), Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), and Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT).

His areas of practice include civil, commercial, and criminal law, with a primary focus on commercial litigation, arbitration, insolvency and corporate matters, and construction arbitration. He has extensive experience in handling civil and commercial suits, insolvency proceedings, and complex contractual disputes, often involving intricate questions of law and detailed factual analysis.

Previously, he has been associated with several prominent law offices in Delhi, where he assisted senior advocates in handling high-stake and complex matters before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, District Courts, and other judicial and quasi-judicial bodies. He possesses hands-on experience in independently managing matters from inception to conclusion, making him a reliable and result-oriented litigation professional.
